We collect the following information when you use OperoSuite:
- Account information: name, email, phone number, business name, business type
- Business data: customers, transactions, products, bookings that you enter into the system
- Payment information: processed by Midtrans — we do not store card numbers or bank details
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, for improving the Service
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send service-related communications (account confirmation, password reset, subscription notices)
- To respond to support requests
3. What We Do NOT Do
- We do NOT sell your data to third parties
- We do NOT use your business data for advertising
- We do NOT share customer data between OperoSuite accounts
- We do NOT access your data unless required for support or legal compliance
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Supabase cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure each user can only access their own data. Authentication is handled via secure, industry-standard protocols.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Vercel — application hosting
- Midtrans — payment processing
- Resend — transactional emails
Each service has their own privacy policy and data handling practices.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You may export your data at any time before deletion.
7. Your Rights
- Access your data at any time through the application
- Export your data in CSV or Excel format
- Request data deletion by contacting support
- Update your account information in Settings
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies only: authentication session and language preference. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
